As of January 1, 2012, Canon Business Solutions-NEWCAL, Inc. will be merging into Canon Business Solutions, Inc., a wholly-owned subsidiary of Canon U.S.A., Inc. This integration better positions Canon to meet the growing demands of customers locally, regionally and nationally.

Q1: What is the new name of Canon Business Solutions-NEWCAL, Inc.?
A1: It is Canon Business Solutions, Inc.  Effective January 1, 2012, Canon Business Solutions-NEWCAL,Inc.  will be merging into Canon Business Solutions, Inc., a wholly-owned subsidiary of Canon U.S.A., Inc., which is incorporated in the state of New York.

Q2: What is the official address of Canon Business Solutions, Inc.?
A2: Our corporate headquarters is located at:   4 Ohio Drive, Lake Success, New York 11042.

A3: Canon has acquired companies in strategic areas of the United States where their merger into Canon Business Solutions, Inc. results in a more powerful offering to that marketplace for Canon brand products and services.

Q9: Are there any differences in my invoice?
A9: Yes. While all pertinent information will remain the same, your new, double-sided invoice will consist of two parts. The first part is the summary of the invoice on the first page for remittance. The second part consists of the details of the invoice which will break down the billing by Contract and/or Serial #. You will also have the ability to add cost centers to each contract billing. Please speak to a customer service representative to learn more.

Q10: Where should I send my payment? Is the payment address changing?
A10: Beginning January, you should submit your payments to the new address on your invoice or statement. This will ensure the quickest processing of payment.
