Automated Dispatch System (ADS)
Canon Business Solutions utilizes a state of the art automated dispatch system (ADS). This specially designed system allows our field technicians to remotely retrieve call assignments, close service calls, and order parts without involving a call dispatcher. This affords our dispatchers more time to support our customers who call in. In addition, ADS provides Mappoint tracking software which indicates the geographical location of our field service personnel in relation to our open service calls. This allows our dispatchers to strategically route our field personnel. As a result of ADS, our service department has realized consistently better than industry averages for call response time. And while responding to a service call quickly is important, the most vital measurement is the effectiveness of the service provided.
Training

As soon as your unit is installed, our schedule coordinator calls to arrange training for your key operators. We match our schedule to yours - traveling to your site when it is convenient for you and your team. We tailor our training to your business, as well. Our staff of professional trainers can customize your session so your team will learn how to use the new equipment to perform their jobs more quickly and efficiently.
